Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an onsite Order Management specialist in the Philippines to oversee Seating Product Support orders. You will verify orders, enter sales data in the E1 ERP, and maintain CMP workflows while coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system
• Maintain workflows in Customer Management Portal (CMP)
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes
• Collaborate with Product Support Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements
• Lead tactical order status review meetings
