Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist in Makati to manage the SAP order-entry lifecycle for European clients, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. The role requires accuracy, customer focus, and strong collaboration across teams.

You will handle order processing, reporting, and issue resolution, with a mid-shift schedule in Ayala Avenue and a hybrid work setup. English proficiency is essential for this global role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in handling SAP Order Entry processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in Order Entry required.
• Power BI skills for dashboard reporting; Python knowledge for automation is highly preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
