The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years SAP Order Entry experience, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid schedule at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with mid-shift hours and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP Order Entry/Order processing.
• Detail oriented and customer-service minded.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP knowledge in Order Entry required.
• English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate SAP/Excel reports to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, handling inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credits/debits.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing and Supply Chain.
