Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to manage the order processing lifecycle in SAP and provide exceptional service from order placement to delivery. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to resolve inquiries and drive timely resolutions.

You will process SAP orders, generate reports, track shipments, and support returns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in SAP Order Entry Process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in Order Entry.
• Detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Power BI and Python for automation preferred.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication.
• Hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati; mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM–12:00 NN).

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate SAP and Excel reports to monitor orders on hold and dispatch promptly.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers; handle inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credits/debits.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales; collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
