Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to ensure European clients receive exceptional service from order placement to delivery. You will manage SAP order processing, address inquiries and complaints, and drive timely resolutions to improve customer satisfaction.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in handling SAP Order Entry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in Order Entry is required.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledge in Power BI for dashboards; Python for automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, handling inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
