Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP as Functional Consultant with exposure to HCM/ECP modules.
• Certification is mandatory.
• Senior level consultant in EY's IT Advisory Services working on SAP SF ECP projects globally.
• Experience in EC Payroll core, PCC and integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects end-to-end.
• Configure EC Payroll core and related processes as per business needs.
• Understand HCM PA and OM info types and payroll configuration.
• Design payroll schemas, rules and wage types; ensure accurate tax computation.
• Oversee integrations: EC to ECP, Payroll interfaces, and PCC testing.
• Support reporting and master data activities for payroll.
