Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support.
• Demonstrated experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC), configuration of payroll policies, and task orchestration.
• Strong understanding of real-time and continuous payroll models.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support core payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations.
• Maintain Payroll Control Center (PCC) including policy creation and validations.
• Design and configure change logs, audit trails, and version history for payroll runs.
