Job summary

EY is seeking a senior level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team to work on SAP SF ECP projects for customers across the globe. ECP expertise spans three core skillsets: ECP core, PCC and Integrations.

You will configure ECP systems, manage payroll schemas and rules, wage types, taxes and payroll processing, and support post-payroll activities. The role requires 4–6 years of SAP functional experience with HCM/ECP modules and certification, with a preference for payroll experience in

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP as Functional Consultant with good exposure to HCM/ECP Modules.
• Certification is required.
• Experience in at least one country payroll (PH / SG / MY / AU) preferred.
• Understanding of HCM (PA and OM) Info types and Payroll configuration.
• Knowledge of alerts, policy, and processes in payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure ECP system as per business needs.
• Demonstrate detailed understanding of payroll calculation processes including payroll clusters, retro-calculation, taxation, arrears, and claims cycle payroll.
• Create and maintain payroll schemas and rules.
• Manage wage types, taxes and payroll processing.
• Handle post payroll activities including posting, off cycle workbench, payment processing, bank DME and direct deposit.
• Prepare legal reporting and master data reports for reporting purposes.
• Integrate EC Payroll and SAP Financials, including cost center replication and other FI objects for payroll posting.
• Configure Payroll Control Centre end-to-end including monitoring, production and payroll processes.
• Set up and troubleshoot PCC connections in EC.
• Perform integration testing and configure integrations including EC time off, third party time integrations, and mashup screens.
