Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in sales training or sales coaching.
• Expertise in sales methodologies and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs using adult learning principles.
• Proficient with learning management systems and digital training tools.
• Strong analytical and assessment skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and management across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR or related field.
• Sales coaching certification desirable.
• Willingness to travel to different branches within and outside Luzon for training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design customized sales training programmed tailored to the needs of sales representatives and consultants at various experience levels
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer relationship management
• Assess the performance and skill gaps of sales team members through observations, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
• Create training materials, resources, and documentation including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
• Conduct one-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions with sales representatives to support their professional development
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programmed through key performance indicators and post-training assessments
• Stay current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve training content
• Collaborate with sales management to identify training priorities and align development initiatives with business goals
• Provide feedback and recommendations to sales leadership on team performance and training outcomes
