Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in travel sales or travel industry training.
• Strong knowledge of travel products and airline booking systems.
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or team development.
• Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales training programs for travel consultants.
• Train staff on bookings, tour packages, and destination knowledge.
• Conduct training on upselling and closing strategies.
• Monitor performance of sales agents after training.
• Create training materials, presentations, and product guides.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Keep team updated on new travel products and promotions.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
