W Bridges Manpower Corporation on-site in Muntinlupa is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. The role focuses on promoting manufacturing, tolling, OEM, and private-label services to new and existing clients.

You will identify opportunities, prepare proposals and contracts, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with production and R&D teams to meet client requirements. Travel for meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, FMCG, food manufacturing, supplements, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent account management and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct client presentations, product discussions, and business negotiations.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Coordinate with production, R&D, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
