Job summary

Ramcel Corporation is seeking an on-site Sales professional in Taguig with 3-5 years of FMCG experience to drive distribution, retail sales, and volume growth.

You will manage multiple accounts, forecast sales, report performance, and travel to visit key customers as required. The role requires independence and ability to oversee field operations while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales, distribution, or wholesale experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, account management, and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels, pricing, inventory, and market dynamics.
• Analytical, results-driven, and able to identify business growth opportunities.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other sales reporting tools.
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts and travel as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered;
• With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, distribution, wholesale operations, trade marketing, retail sales, or volume-based selling;
• Strong sales, negotiation, account management, and customer relationship-building skills;
• Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels, pricing structures, inventory management, and market dynamics;
• Analytical, results-driven, and capable of identifying business opportunities to drive sales growth;
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and other sales reporting tools;
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and generate management reports;
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, visit accounts, and travel as required;
• Can work independently and effectively oversee multiple customer accounts and sales operations.
