Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the Sales Network’s product strategy and roadmap. You will work with Product, Sales, IT, Risk, and Finance to deliver prioritized features, drive customer acquisition, and improve channel productivity.

The role emphasizes governance, risk controls, and data-driven decision making to support sustainable growth while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management, sales performance, or related roles.
• Strong product development experience including roadmap planning and execution.
• Experience creating and improving products for customer acquisition and sales.
• High analytical skills to interpret customer, market, and portfolio data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with retailers and brands is a plus.
• Up to 20% variable quarterly bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for Sales Network-related products and tools.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Online, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance, and Legal.
• Support creation, launch, and monitoring of products that boost acquisitions and productivity.
• Use data to identify gaps and propose enhancements while ensuring compliance and viability.
• Track performance indicators such as volumes, revenue, cost efficiency, and adoption.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.
