Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead the card acquisition sales network across branch, mall-based and on-field channels. You will drive monthly and annual targets, collaborate across CRM, Risk, Marketing, and ensure compliant selling while minimizing fraud and delinquencies.

You will coach sales teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement campaigns to boost activation and usage. A strong background in retail sales and product marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, account management or related fields.
• Strong experience in dynamic product management and delivering targeted product marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated sales POS network to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with CRM, Risk, Marketing for campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sales plans (branch, mall, on-field).
• Report sales metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Coach sales personnel to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with supervisor on sales and marketing strategy.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular POS visits to optimize operations.
• Manage end-to-end customer acquisition, from lead to activation.
