Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to drive profitability insights for core loan products and services. The role focuses on building lifetime profitability models and delivering timely, accurate reports to guide strategic decisions.

You will partner with Product Heads, Risk teams, and senior management to help meet commercial KPIs and profitability targets while supporting digitalization efforts in reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, commercial, or business analysis.
• Familiar with personal/consumer loans and/or credit cards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly profitability reports for major products: POS loans, cash loans, revolving loans, and value-added services.
• Act as primary Finance contact for initiatives related to assigned product.
• Create lifetime profitability models as needed by business units.
• Maintain integrity of reports; ensure LTPs are accurate and timely.
• Benchmark products against competition and suggest modifications.
• Support digitalization efforts around LTP reporting.
