Qualifications

• 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are Managerial
• Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred
• Sales Strategy, Sales Targets, and Sales Team Management skills
• Market Research and Business Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the printing and packaging market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, key accounts, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing and packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and commercial offers in coordination with the production and costing teams.
