• Deep understanding of Modern Trade and distributor-led channel operations.
• Proven track record in achieving nationwide sales and distribution targets.
• Strong experience in pricing, trade terms, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Ability to balance growth with profitability.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role handling Retail and Distributor Operations.
