Job summary

Funmania Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a dynamic Sales Professional to drive catering sales across corporate segments, lead event programs, and grow the client base.

You will coordinate with Operations and Culinary teams during events, visit corporate accounts twice weekly, and report market insights to support revenue growth.

Deployment location: 2F Active Fun Building, 9th Ave. Cor. 28th Street, BGC, Taguig City. Relocation preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota by converting catering business from the target market.
• Conduct 2 weekly sales visits to corporate accounts.
• Organize and implement sales programs (tastings, fairs, promos).
• Lead daily sales efforts of Banquet Sales Executives.
• Assist in creating catering packages from market insights.
• Support events planning with operations and culinary teams; coordinate at events.
• Grow relationships with bookers, event organizers, influencers to generate revenue.
• Manage corporate inquiries; respond within 3 hours.
• Assist with food tastings.
• Grow client database.
• Ensure professional service delivery to clients.
• Gather and report competitive market intelligence.
• Submit daily reports.
• Inform management about client insights and competitor activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

• Achieve Sales Quota. Actively/aggressively convert catering business from the market segment assigned.




• Conduct 2 x a week sales visits to Corporate accounts




• Lead in organizing and in the actual implementation of sales programs and activities (mini and grand food tastings, bridal fairs, sales blitzes, cocktails, parties and luncheons, sales promotions, etc.




• Lead and strengthened daily sales efforts of Banquet Sales Executives




• Assists in creation of Connoisseur Catering and The Function Rooms’ packages for onsite and outsider catering based on information gathered from the market and competition




• Supports the Operations and Culinary team in the planning and execution of each event. Should be present during the event to coordinate with the operations team, culinary and the client/event coordinator.




• Works on growing relationship with bookers, event organizers, social influencers and other stakeholders to ensures that incremental revenue is generated from these contacts within the year.




• Handles all Corporate inquiries. Ensures that all correspondences are responded within three hours




• Assist and handle food tasting




• Grow client database.




• Ensures the delivery of professional service to all clients at all times




• Obtains and reports accurate competitive information needed for market intelligence purposes.




• Submits Daily Reports




• Provides management with information regarding client insights and activities of competitors.




• To perform other duties, responsibilities and projects that may be assigned.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
