Job summary

Connoisseur Catering in Taguig is seeking a sales professional to develop and grow corporate accounts by generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into paying clients to meet revenue targets.

You will conduct regular visits, lead event planning and execution, and collaborate with Operations and Culinary teams to deliver exceptional service. Strong communication and market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales or catering industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to develop and manage corporate accounts and close deals.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas by proactively identifying opportunities and converting prospects into catering clients.
• Conduct 3× a week sales visits to corporate accounts.
• Lead the planning and execution of sales programs and events to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and strengthen daily sales efforts of Banquet Sales Executives.
• Assist in developing catering packages through market research and customer insights.
• Provide support to Operations and Culinary teams for events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with bookers, event organizers, and influencers to generate new business.
• Respond to corporate inquiries within 3 hours with timely, professional service.
• Organize food tastings for prospective and existing clients.
• Grow and maintain the client database through ongoing lead generation and relationship-building.
• Deliver high-quality service to all clients at all times.
• Report competitive information to inform strategy and decisions.
• Submit daily sales activity reports and client interactions.
