Job summary

Emergo by UL’s Human Factors division seeks a client-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. The role combines remote/hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague with frequent client engagements and events.

You will translate customer needs into tailored HF solutions, collaborating with SMEs, and driving revenue through strategic account management and active pipeline development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to project scoping and contract execution
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences
• Identify customer needs and pain points in human factors and integrate HF solutions into product development steps
• Assist in developing marketing strategy for Human Factors offerings and identify key industry events
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform future offerings
• Maintain an ongoing plan to prioritize target accounts and nurture relationships year-round
• Acquire HF knowledge through training and self-driven research
