Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Lead Sales Engineering Specialist in the Philippines to guide the sales team with technical insight and ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs. Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Five years of experience in sales or engineering services, preferably in rotating equipment.
• Strong networking in energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, power plant industries, or general industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake regular customer visits, maximising enquiry generation and driving order intake to deliver the growth plan.
• Prepare, submit and follow up all enquiries to customers in a timely and professionally manner.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Act as the primary contact for all product lines
• Ability to evaluate market environment in terms of products, pricing, distribution network, and to develop new strategies and action plains in the target markets.
• To take responsibility for their contribution to the RFC for Order Intake for the customers/allocated territory that he/she is responsible for.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service projects meet Sulzer's quality standards.
