Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Lead Sales Engineering Specialist to join our team in driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction. You will support the sales force with product knowledge, plan customer visits, and help convert inquiries into orders.

This role requires strong engineering background, at least 5 years in sales or service engineering, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure Sulzer's quality standards in projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or engineering services, preferably in rotating equipment.
• Strong networking in energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, power plants or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the sales team and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Plan regular customer visits to maximise enquiry generation and drive order intake.
• Prepare, submit and follow up inquiries with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Act as primary contact for all product lines and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure quality standards.
