Job summary

Leader Electronics (Philippine Branch) Incorporated is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth of transformers, power supplies and related products by building new accounts and supporting existing customers with technical and commercial expertise.

You will develop sales plans, coordinate with engineering and production, prepare quotations, manage RFQs, and deliver customer-focused solutions while maintaining relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, industrial clients, utilities, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering.
• Knowledge of transformers, power supplies, EMS, or industrial electrical products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and results-driven attitude.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for transformers and power supply products.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, industrial clients, utilities, and distributors.
• Prepare and execute Sales plans, forecasts, and strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Review customer technical requirements, drawings, and specifications to propose optimized solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure feasibility, cost optimization, and delivery compliance.
• Prepare quotations, costing proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
• Manage customer RFQs, project timeliness, and order execution.
• Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer feedback to R&D and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for new product development and customization.
• Support in product testing, sampling, and qualification process.
• Assist in resolving technical issues, quality concerns, and after-sales support.
