Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Development to engage with global technology leaders and drive contract signings or renewals.

You’ll manage an assigned territory, gain deep product knowledge, and leverage training opportunities to grow your career within a Virtual First environment. Based in the Philippines, you will communicate in Tagalog and English, qualify leads, and work outbound to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS, prospecting, lead qualification and lead generation.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English for the Philippines market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.
• Ability to manage time and work within deadlines with little supervision.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and persuade others.
• Ability to develop strategies that deliver results with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify leads using BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development goals.
• Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement them.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Maintain the CRM to capture all relevant data.
