Job summary

Arcanys in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to own and optimize the revenue engine across Arcanys Sales and Arcanys Ventures. You will design the intake for all inquiries, ensure HubSpot is the single source of truth, and drive AI-based automation to improve lead routing and data quality.

You will also build monthly deal flow reports, sales scorecards, and growth KPIs while collaborating with teams in Europe, the UK, and Australia.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue or sales operations, end-to-end.
• HubSpot instance designed or owned end-to-end.
• Experience building AI automations with tools like Claude, Make or Zapier.
• Strong grasp of B2B funnels and pipeline metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with founders and senior leaders.
• Philippine business hours with a Europe overlap.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the front door for inquiries via one inbox and intake form system.
• Own HubSpot end-to-end across two pipelines: architecture, properties, workflows, data quality and dashboards.
• Lead the AI and automation stack (Claude, HubSpot, Make, Jotform, Apollo) and monitor cost/accuracy.
• Build monthly dealflow and sales scorecards and quarterly growth KPIs for leadership.
• Run outbound and marketing tools: sequences, deliverability, newsletters and follow-ups on qualified leads.
• Partner with Europe, UK and Australia teams on process and data alignment.
• Provide RevOps support for select European/Australian customers when needed.
