Job summary

Acquire.AI seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to act as the technical backbone of the marketing org. You will own the MarTech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Cognism) and align with Salesforce, enriching leads and building attribution reports for leadership.

You’ll lead campaign strategy, drive triggered email programs, lead scoring, and segmentation, while laying groundwork for AI in campaign Ops and cross-functional execution with Demand Gen, BD and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience administering marketing tech stacks and integrating platforms.
• Ability to manage data quality across marketing systems and reports.
• Strong collaboration with demand gen, BD, SFDC admins and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot Marketing Hub admin, data, and integration with Salesforce.
• Oversee data auditing, cleansing, deduping, and enrichment for targeting and reporting.
• Maintain HubSpot–Salesforce sync, field mapping, and lifecycle stage management.
• Develop dashboards for funnel metrics, MQL velocity, and campaign performance.
• Lead scoping and execution of strategic campaigns and AI-enabled capabilities.
