Arcanys in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to own and optimize the revenue engine across Arcanys Sales and Arcanys Ventures. You will design the intake for all inquiries, ensure HubSpot is the single source of truth, and drive AI-based automation to improve lead routing and data quality.

You will also build monthly deal flow reports, sales scorecards, and growth KPIs while collaborating with teams in Europe, the UK, and Australia.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in revenue or sales operations, end-to-end.
• HubSpot instance designed or owned end-to-end.
• Experience building AI automations with tools like Claude, Make or Zapier.
• Strong grasp of B2B funnels and pipeline metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with founders and senior leaders.
• Philippine business hours with a Europe overlap.

Join us as a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

You will build and own the revenue engine behind two businesses: Arcanys sales and Arcanys Ventures dealflow. That means one front door for every startup, partner and client enquiry, HubSpot as the single source of truth, AI automations that screen and route leads, and the numbers our leadership uses to decide.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You design the systems, set the standards for how our data and pipelines are run, and run them yourself day to day, with AI tools doing the first pass.

In this role you'll get to:

• Design and run the front door: one deals inbox and intake (forms, booking links, AI intro tools), with every enquiry routed to the right owner within one business day.
• Own HubSpot end to end across two pipelines (Arcanys Sales and Arcanys Ventures): architecture, properties, workflows, data quality and dashboards.
• Take ownership of our AI and automation stack (Claude, HubSpot, Make, Jotform, Apollo): document it, improve its accuracy and keep its cost in check.
• Build the reporting: a monthly dealflow and sales scorecard and quarterly growth KPIs for the management team, with your own read on what the numbers say.
• Run outbound and marketing tools: sequences, deliverability, newsletters and follow-up on every qualified lead.
• Partner with our team in Europe, the UK and Australia on process and data, and make sure the systems work for them day to day.
• You may also perform RevOps functions for some of our customers in Europe and Australia.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or CRM, including systems you built and ran yourself, end to end.
• A HubSpot instance you designed or owned end to end.
• Reports that leadership relied on to make decisions, and the judgment to spot a data problem before it becomes a reporting problem.
• Hands-on experience building automations with AI tools (Claude or similar, Make or Zapier), well beyond chat.
• A strong grasp of B2B funnels and pipeline metrics; at ease with spreadsheets and data.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the confidence to work directly with founders, partners and senior leaders.
• Philippine business hours, with a morning overlap to Europe.

It's great if you have

• A background in startups, venture capital or B2B services
• HubSpot certification, and basic SQL
• Experience with Apollo or another outbound tool, form integrations (Jotform or similar) and Notion
