You will guide the management team, uphold service standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality resident experiences.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and stakeholder communications, driving efficiency, risk controls, and property value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality).
• 5–8 years of experience in property management, with residential/condo exposure.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure service standards.
• Lead, coach, and supervise property staff and engineers.
• Manage annual operating budget and monitor expenses.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, HOAs, and residents.
• Address resident concerns and service requests within timelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and licenses.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports with insights.
