You will lead the management team, coordinate with engineering, security, housekeeping and vendors, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality and property value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management or related field.
• 5–8 years in property management, with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Experience with residential condominium properties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential properties.
• Lead property management team and set objectives.
• Manage budgets and expenditures for property operations.
• Maintain resident and client relations and service standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering oversight.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management
