Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own day-to-day hotel and property operations across a diversified portfolio in Manila, including maintenance and coordination with the condominium corporation.

This hands-on, high-accountability role requires leadership of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, rentals, and admin through teams, with a clear path toward broader revenue, P&L ownership, and eventual general management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in hospitality or property operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple operational functions and supervising teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and OPEX management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel, rental, and property operations across portfolio.
• Manage OPEX and budget adherence, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and admin through leaders.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors.
• Develop SOPs and operational dashboards for decision making.
• Drive service standards, customer experience, and profitability.
• Progress toward General Manager responsibilities with business growth.
