Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior management experience in property management, real estate or related sector.
• Proven track record leading multi-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, financial analysis and P&L management.
• In-depth knowledge of property management operations, industry standards and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience building successful client relationships.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements in property management and real estate.
• Tertiary qualification in business management, property management, commerce or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing business environments.
