Job summary

FPD Asia Property Services, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned property and supervise on-site staff.

You will act as the company representative at the site and ensure efficient building operation in line with client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with government agencies, maintaining facilities, managing maintenance, safety, and housekeeping, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional license in property/real estate or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in property/real estate management.
• Preference for Assistant Manager/Manager level in related field.
• Strong communication skills, property management, engineering and admin services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall property operations and supervise on-site staff.
• Coordinate with government agencies and property stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure maintenance, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage finances, budgeting and cash flow for the property.
