Job summary

You will report to the director for Asset Management and lead a team to ensure efficient building operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Management).
• Preferably licensed in the related discipline.
• 5–10 years in property management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties and report to directors.
• Lead a team of general and technical managers; drive training and process improvement.
• Negotiate tenancy terms to maximize net rental income; supervise handover/takeover of premises.
• Ensure safety practices and zero accidents during construction and operation.
• Monitor property financials including income, expenditures, and budgets; understand P&L.
