Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers Inc. seeks a Property Manager to oversee asset operations, administration, and financial stewardship with integrity and excellence.

You will coordinate with agencies, supervise on-site teams, monitor maintenance, safety, and resident concerns, and prepare monthly reports to support decision making. A licensed engineer background is preferred to lead engineering and compliance efforts at the property.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer, mechanical or electrical preferred.
• Experience in property management or facilities operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with agencies, offices, and teams for the assigned property.
• Supervise on-site personnel and sub-contracted services (housekeeping, grounds, engineering, maintenance, security).
• Attend and supervise maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
• Respond to residents' concerns with timely resolutions via approved channels.
• Prepare monthly management reports and other required documents.
