Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Revenue Execution in Manila to drive renewal retention across SaaS portfolios.

You will partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to execute renewals with precision, configure quotes, and ensure timely workflow. You will use Salesforce and analytical tools to forecast revenue, identify renewal risks, and advocate pricing strategies that maximize client value.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in SaaS or a similar business environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
Proven ability to solve complex challenges and deliver results.
Client-facing experience with retention and negotiation background preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Revenue leadership to support retention activities across accounts.
Understand renewal processes across product portfolios and guide Account Managers.
Manage end-to-end renewal process including quotes, documentation, and billing coordination.
Coordinate with Legal, Product, and Solutions Engineering for timely renewals.
Document renewal activity in Salesforce to forecast revenue.
Identify risks and propose solutions to improve renewal timelines.
Promote enablement tools and advise on pricing, packaging, retention, upsell opportunities.
Ensure smooth signature process and assist with PO/invoice queries.
