• Delivers renewals in a high-volume SaaS environment with accuracy and speed.
• Documents current processes and specifies a better version for systems teams to build.
• Reads signals in CRM tooling and recommends actions with owners and outcomes.
• Strong written and spoken English for customer-facing discussions and internal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned Digital accounts—quotes, contract changes, approvals, and documentation.
• Act as the single renewal support point for Expansion Account Executives in your region—pre-call briefings, follow-up, and paperwork to signature.
• Prevent and resolve failed renewals, billing breakdowns, and blockers—diagnose root causes and route churn to AEs.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasting data across tools (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight).
• Restore selling capacity by automating inefficient processes and creating templates and playbooks.
