DOXA is seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper to lead day-to-day financial operations across multi-entity setups. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of records, oversee AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience, senior/lead role preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QBO, Xero, NetSuite) and strong Excel; GAAP knowledge; US tax familiarity a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of all financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, bank reconciliations).
• Lead month-end and year-end closings with reconciliations and adjustments.
• Prepare financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows) for management.
• Support audits and tax filings with CPAs and external auditors; manage AP/AR cycles.
