Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a remote-ready bookkeeping professional in the Philippines to join a dynamic outsourcing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), strong reconciliation skills, and a focus on clean financial data as franchisees grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years bookkeeping in a multi-client setting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Strong reconciliation and cleanup of legacy data.
• Experience with Power BI or financial dashboards.
• Familiarity with franchise operations or service-based businesses.
• Experience in remote environments with distributed teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize financial transactions using QBO.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for bank and cards.
• Maintain ledgers across multiple franchise entities.
• Assist historical data cleanup and onboard new franchisees in QBO.
• Prepare financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, cash flow.
• Consolidate data for Power BI analytics.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Controllers; maintain confidentiality.
