Job summary

DOXA is seeking an Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain records, perform reconciliations, and support financial closing with close collaboration with the Controller and accounting team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and audits preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts; assist month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare schedules and reports; manage fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support audits, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting; document processes and support automation initiatives.
• Assist with financial reporting and internal controls; help with system improvements.
