Job summary

RCBC is seeking a qualified professional to generate new commercial loans and develop the existing loan portfolio while maintaining asset quality. The role includes building lasting relationships with customers and marketing bank products within policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; MBA/MA preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong marketing and presentation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years banking experience or 5 years in other industries.
Working knowledge of trade payments/practices, bank service policies and procedures, account profitability analysis, financial analysis, and credit approval preparation.

Responsibilities

Generates new commercial loans while developing existing loan portfolio and cross-selling bank products and services.
Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
Recommends credit facilities in line with Bank policies by evaluating client business, financial capacity, management, collateral, and profitability.
Improves loan portfolio quality and aims to maximize return on resources.
Solicits credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and offering tailored financial packages.
