Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the client portfolio and achieve volume targets. The role reports to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

You will drive new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, conduct client calls, and secure KYC documents to build complete credit folders. Prepare credit write-ups and present to approval committees for credit decision.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing within financial services is required.
• Understanding of credit evaluation and client assessment processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and lead generation by onboarding new clients and growing existing portfolios.
• Engage with clients, conduct assessment calls, prepare reports, and secure pre-approval and KYC documentation.
• Prepare lease approvals and business information write-ups; present findings to committees for approval.

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and developing RLFC’s business portfolio to achieve assigned volume targets. This role reports directly to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

How You Will Contribute

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate leads generated through various RCBC business units to secure client referrals.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, handle inquiries promptly, and secure all pre-approval requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address financial analysts' queries during reviews, and present assessments to the appropriate approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.
