Job summary

RCBC in Metro Manila seeks a professional to generate new commercial loans, grow the existing portfolio, and cross-sell the bank's products while maintaining asset quality. You will establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers, market bank services, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has banking or related industry experience, strong credit analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive portfolio profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Banking/finance knowledge including credit evaluation and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with trade payments and bank service policies.
• Ability to analyze client financials, collateral, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans and develop existing loan portfolio.
• Cross-sell bank products and provide professional account management.
• Conduct credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and site visits.
• Expand relationships with prime accounts via periodic reviews and cross-sell.
