Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a qualified professional to generate new commercial loans, develop an existing portfolio, and provide professional account management to meet portfolio growth and profitability objectives while maintaining asset quality. You will establish lasting relationships with customers and market bank products within policy and regulations.

You will conduct credit evaluations, recommend facilities, and deepen relationships through annual reviews and targeted marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce with MBA preferred.
• Strong in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and client profitability analysis.
• Experience in banking or financial services is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank and develop existing loan portfolio.
• Quality cross-sell other bank products and provide professional account management.
• Conduct credit evaluation of accounts and client calls/inspections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to grow portfolio and profitability.
• Market bank products within policies and regulations.
