Optum Philippines is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Service Delivery Lead to oversee onboarding support and ensure alignment across Recruitment Delivery and Operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years of operational support and 3+ years people management, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. You will drive governance, process improvements, and ensure compliant employment practices across all locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational support experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Recruitment Service Delivery team to ensure onboarding support across the organization.
• Partner with Recruitment Delivery and Operations teams to drive alignment and optimize processes.
• Champion and implement preventive controls and risk mitigation in the Offer Management process.
• Oversee the end-to-end Offer Management lifecycle across all Optum locations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Provide leadership to ensure governance and compliance for employment contracts and pre-employment requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing service delivery standards, controls, and improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Recruitment Service Delivery team and foster accountability.
• Identify learning and career growth opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to address onboarding and recruitment service delivery challenges.
