Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead hiring for IT, Healthcare, Accounting, Business Transformation, and Marketing roles. You will work with hiring managers to understand needs and refine job descriptions.

Responsibilities include creating compelling ads, posting on portals, screening candidates by phone, tracking time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and mentoring the Recruitment Analyst.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience handling technical/specialized/niche roles.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical/specialized roles.
• Proven expertise navigating ATS and resume databases (Oracle, Talkpush, Taleo, LinkedIn, BullHorn).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Experience sourcing on social media and niche sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Paid Ads.

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for handling technical/specialized/niche roles (IT, Healthcare, Accounting, Business Transformation, & Marketing). Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for technical/specialized/niche positions.
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates for specialized/niche roles (IT, HR, Healthcare, Accounting, Business Transformation, Marketing)
• Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Conduct initial phone screens and technical evaluations to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire (TAT), time-to-fill (Fill Rate), source of hire and cost per hire (CPH)
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist in training and monitoring performance of Recruitment Analyst

Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in handling technical/specialized/niche roles
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical/specialized/niche roles
• Proven expertise in navigating and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Oracle,Talkpush, Taleo, LinkedIn, and BullHorn)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Paid Ads.
• College Graduate (BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field)
