Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Digital Financial Services to own end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, from entry level to senior leadership, and help shape the talent strategy in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will partner with business leaders, build scalable hiring plans, and apply data-driven sourcing and AI-enabled tools to deliver quality hires, strong pipelines, and an exceptional candidate experience in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across fintech, digital banking, financial services, technology, or high-growth industries.
• Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of functions and seniority levels, from entry-level to executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and candidate management capabilities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by ambitious hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake through offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, talent profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Source and engage top talent through proactive market mapping, networking, and targeted search techniques.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple business functions.
• Utilise recruitment metrics and talent analytics to drive informed hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Champion innovative recruiting approaches, including AI-assisted sourcing and hiring solutions.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
