The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, Digital Financial Services, you will own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles ranging from entry-level professionals to experienced specialists and business leaders. You will play a strategic role in delivering hiring outcomes, strengthening talent pipelines, and elevating recruitment practices through data-driven insights and modern sourcing techniques.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand evolving talent needs and build scalable hiring strategies that support continued growth.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, digital banking, financial services, technology, or other fast-paced growth industries.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across a wide range of functions and seniority levels, from entry-level to experienced professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and candidate management capabilities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by ambitious hiring goals and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, product, or technology-related roles.
• Strong background in talent mapping, strategic sourcing, and market intelligence.
• Experience leveraging talent analytics and recruitment data to drive performance.
• Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
• Experience designing or improving candidate experience programmes.
