Confidential client in the Philippines seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, and brand growth for the Philippine market. You will report to executives, oversee multi-channel initiatives, manage internal teams and external agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance in all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• FinTech, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Technology, E-commerce or high-growth consumer business experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and consumer acquisition.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance in regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI; optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product, operations, and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations and governance standards.
