Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the development and administration of recruitment programs across BFSI or F/A domains. You will direct a team that designs proactive strategies, sets targets, and measures productivity, while collaborating with HR to shape competitive offers and drive hires.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment, delivering timely results for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends.
• Works well under pressure in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer recruitment programs.
• Direct a team to develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet client and stakeholder needs.
• Set team goals, monitor metrics and measure productivity.
• Lead initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to finalize hires and make recommendations.
• Partner with HR and Compensation to offer competitive packages and negotiate with candidates.
• Coach the team to source candidates through diverse channels.
• Maintain accurate ATS/HRIS records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
