You will lead a team of sales professionals, set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to boost revenue and market share. You will coordinate with marketing, operations, and development teams, conduct client presentations and site tours, negotiate deals, and prepare forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Solid background in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in forecasts, reports, and market insights.

Responsibilities
